Standard UK

• Goods shall be supplied to customers at a UK Trade Price.
• Goods will be invoiced in GBP £ unless otherwise agreed.
• All goods shall be supplied on a firm sale.
• Allsorted shall reserve the right to alter product specifications at its discretion.
• Orders over £150 (Ex VAT) will be delivered packing and carriage free. In the event of damage, the purchaser must notify Allsorted Ltd within three days of receipt and in the case of loss or non-delivery within 21 days of despatch.
• Allsorted Ltd shall retain title to all goods supplied until full payment is received.
• Terms NET MONTHLY after credit check unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at 5% over HSBC bank base rate.
• Proof of Delivery documents will be retained for six months, after which time they will be destroyed and no queries will be entertained. Customers will be liable to pay as per agreed terms.
